Shipping & Delivery

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. All non-custom orders are shipped within 1-3 business days, after payment is received. Shipping is via USPS First Class Mail or UPS Ground, with insurance coverage. If you prefer to receive your order via overnight or 2-day delivery, contact us. Additional charges will apply for express shipping and larger orders.

Product Availability

We strive to have our products in-stock and ready to ship when you place your order. Because our items are hand-made artisan products, quantities may be limited. If a product is unavailable, we will email you to provide you with the date that we expect to ship that product. If you need it sooner, please let us know and we will do our best to get it to you sooner or to make an alternative product recommendation.

Returns or Exchanges

All items, with the exception of Custom Orders, may be returned within 10 days of receipt for a store credit. Please email us about your return and we will provide an address for you to ship your item back to us. You are responsible for return shipping and insurance on all returned merchandise. We are not responsible for returns which are lost in transit, so for your protection, please make sure the item has some method of tracking. We are unable to accept returns of worn or damaged merchandise. Returns and exchanges do not include reimbursement of original shipping and handling fees.

Gemstone and Crystal Coloring

All of our items are handcrafted, using only the finest materials. Due to the inherent nature of gemstones, crystals and pearls, slight variations in size and coloring may occur with those items. We make every effort to ensure the colors on our website match the actual pieces exactly, however the colors you see on your personal computer monitor may differ slightly due to variations of screen brightness.
